Kilmarnock have signed Gary Mackay-Steven on a deal until the winter break.
The 33-year-old has been training with the team over the past month after leaving Hearts in the summer.
Mackay-Steven reunites with manager Derek McInnes after playing under him at Aberdeen.
The Scotland international, who will wear the No 39 shirt, has also played for Airdrie, Dundee United, Celtic and New York City.
