Nottingham Forest have announced the £30m signing of midfielder Ibrahim Sangare from PSV.
The Ivory Coast international, who helped PSV beat Rangers to reach the Champions League group stages, has signed a five-year deal with Forest.
The 25-year-old was linked with a move to Bayern Munich earlier in the transfer window.
