EPL: He won’t go abroad – Carragher names club Harry Kane will play for next season

Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher has revealed the club Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane would play for next season.

Kane has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham this summer.

The England captain has been linked with Man United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

His contract with Tottenham will expire in 2024, and the main reason behind the notion is that the 29-year-old is yet to win a single trophy in his career.

However, Carragher believes that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy won’t sell Kane to Man United this summer.

According to him, Kane will end up playing for Spurs next season because he would not leave England to play for any club abroad.

“Levy will turn down an offer from MU, who will then have to sign another striker this summer,” Carragher wrote on Twitter on Sunday.

“Then every top team in the PL has a striker, Kane wants the PL goal record so he won’t go abroad for free next summer. I think he will sign for Spurs!”

Kane has netted 207 goals in the Premier League during his career and only Wayne Rooney (208) and Alan Shearer (260) have scored more goals than him in the English top-flight league.
