Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe is eager to sign permanently with Nice.
L'Equipe says Pepe has made clear his choice, though Nice are yet to make a final decision on taking up the option for the 27-year-old Ivorian.
Nice's management would like to see more from the player before making a final call.
Pepe has been with Nice since August last year. He has made 16 appearances, scoring 6 goals and providing 1 assist.
In 2019, the Gunners bought Pepe from Lille for €80m.
