Qatar 2022: Ronaldo pinpoints three aspects of reality after Portugal’s World Cup elimination

Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, on Monday night posted a cryptic message on his Instagram story following Portugal’s elimination from the 2022 FIFA World Cup by Morocco.

Ronaldo titled the mysterious message ‘three aspects of reality.’

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner tweeted: “pain, uncertainty, and constant work”.

DAILY POST reports that Ronaldo was visibly upset after Portugal’s World Cup exit at the hands of Morocco last weekend.

The 2022 World Cup was Ronaldo’s last chance to secure the prestigious trophy, which has eluded him throughout his illustrious career.

The former Manchester United forward was dropped to the bench for Portugal’s two knockout games against Switzerland and Morocco by manager Fernando Santos.

There has been no news about Ronaldo’s future following the termination of his contract by Manchester United last month.

Reports claiming that the former Real Madrid star agreed to a lucrative deal to play for Saudi Arabian side, Al-Nassr, were denied by him.

There have been no credible reports linking Ronaldo to any top European clubs, and thus, Al-Nassr might be his only option ahead of the January transfer window
