Chelsea boss Graham Potter has refused to comment on Edouard Mendy's future.
At today's presser for Tuesday's meeting with Bournemouth, Potter was asked about reports of Mendy rejecting a new goalkeeper.
Potter said: "It's not my place to speak publicly about players' contract situations, that's between them and the club. Mendy has been absolutely top with the club and with me, he's a great guy, happy around the place.
On new Blues sporting director Christopher Vivell, he added: "I've met him a few times and have a really good feeling, I think he is going to be a real asset to the football club."
