Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong has laughed off an interaction with a Qatari Liverpool fan this week.
De Jong was urged by the local to join Liverpool in a clip which went around the world.
The Holland midfuelder recalled, "First I asked him about his situation here, but I think the boys were happy not to think about it. He was saying to join Liverpool and he was trying to convince me."
De Jong also said: "I feel great right now, but right now I'm not thinking of Barcelona, we are here in the World Cup. I think it is the biggest stage in world football.
"I always dreamed of winning the World Cup here, so we are very focused on that."
