Sissoko: Juventus must be grateful Rabiot turned down Man Utd; Conte return...?

Momo Sissoko has urged Juventus to deal in Adrien Rabiot.

The midfielder has been superb for Juve in a battling campaign so far this season.

Former Juve ace Sissoko told TuttoJuve: "The best player of the last month is undoubtedly Adrien, he is playing well and constantly finds the way to goal.

"I see him more convinced, more confident, it is evident that now he is very well at Juve.

"In the summer there was a lot of talk about his transfer to Manchester United, but the truth is that he was right to stay and if I were in the club I would renew his contract because he is a champion."

Sissoko also said of Tottenham boss Antonio Conte returning to Juve: "He was my coach at Juventus, even if only for a few weeks. There is no need to talk about it well, on the other hand the results are proof of it.

"For me Conte is the right man. Especially if he should have made peace with (president Andrea) Agnelli. But at the moment Allegri is on the bench, and his work must be respected."
