Manchester United Double winner Andrei Kanchelskis has hit out at Cristiano Ronaldo over his behaviour.
Ronaldo has been dropped and banished from senior training after leaving victory over Tottenham before the final whistle while being an unused sub.
Kanchelskis told Sport-Express: “I do not consider this behaviour worthy for a world star. This is not correct at all. He was given the punishment he deserved.
"They sent him to play for the second team. I think that they will say goodbye to him or find a way to part with him. This is unsportsmanlike behaviour. This is disrespect for the coaching staff, players and fans.
"This is not how you behave. Neither Pele, nor Maradona, nor Beckenbauer, nor other great football players would do that.
"Ronaldo has a crown on his head, since he behaved so ugly towards everyone. It would be expedient and correct if they parted with him. I think they will agree on the price of compensation."
