Rafael Leao favouring AC Milan stay over Man City, Chelsea offers

Portuguese attacker Rafael Leao wants to sign a new contract with AC Milan.

The striker is out of contract in the summer of 2024, which means he could leave for a lower fee next summer.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there is serious interest in Leao from several Premier League clubs.

The likes of Chelsea and Manchester City are keen on securing his signature.

However, it appears Leao is happy with the Italian champions and wants to renew his deal.

Leao currently earns €2million net per season, and will only renew for a significant wage rise.

He wants a figure of roughly €7million per season to renew.
