Jurgen Klopp says he is "really happy" to have added Arthur Melo to his Liverpool squad on Deadline Day, adding he believes the Brazilian still has potential despite his disappointing spell at Juventus.
"Really happy about this transfer," said Klopp. "He is a really good footballer.
"He had a very exciting career already and is still pretty young, coming into the best age for a footballer.
"He gives rhythm, he’s a really good passer and has speed and is safe with the ball. He’s really good in tight areas. I like it a lot.
"It didn’t work out 100 per cent at Juventus but I see that as a positive, because the potential is for sure still there.
"We obviously play differently to Juventus and we all thought he could fit pretty well."
