Liverpool youngster Tyler Morton has joined Championship side Blackburn Rovers on a season-long loan deal.
The 19-year-old academy product made nine senior appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side last season, including his first Premier League start in a 2-2 draw with Tottenham in December.
The midfielder, who signed a long-term contract at Anfield in January 2021, now follows in the footsteps of young Liverpool team-mates Harvey Elliott and Leighton Clarkson in making a loan move from Anfield to Ewood Park.
Gregg Broughton, Blackburn's director of football, said: “We are very grateful to Liverpool for trusting us with the continued development of a player who is rated so highly at the club.”
