West Brom facing significant move from Burnley for Dara O'Shea

West Bromwich Albion defender Dara O'Shea is the subject of serious interest from Burnley.

The Republic of Ireland international is a key target for Clarets boss Vincent Kompany.

According to the Daily Mail, Burnley are assessing O'Shea as one of the candidates to replace Nathan Collins, who left for Wolves.

They have also lost senior defenders Ben Mee and James Tarkowski this summer.

Burnley have secured Taylor Harwood-Bellis on loan from Manchester City and Luke McNally from Oxford, but want an experienced player as well.

O'Shea played 28 times for West Brom when they were last in the English top flight.
