Chelsea left-back Ian Maatsen is set to depart for Burnley.
The 20-year-old, who started his career with Feyenoord, has spent the past two years on loan.
According to the Daily Mail, Maatsen has turned down a move back to Feyenoord.
However, he is willing to discuss terms with Championship club Burnley.
The Clarets, managed by Vincent Kompany, may be able to secure a loan deal.
However, the deal may even be a sale, if Chelsea are willing to part with Maatsen permanently.
Burnley are also looking to sign Liam Delap on loan from Manchester City.
