Premier League new boys Nottingham Forest will hand Orel Mangala a bumper contract.
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Forest are close to securing the 24-year-old for £12.75 million.
Mangala is hoping to get confirmation from Stuttgart that he can travel to England to have his medical.
The ex-Hamburg star spent three seasons with Stuttgart, but is now ready to make the step up to the Premier League.
Forest have George Syrianos, formerly of Stuttgart, overseeing their transfers from outside the UK at present.
Mangala is touted as a creative and progressive midfielder.
