Manchester United's hopes of bringing Ajax winger Antony to the club this summer are all but dead.
The Red Devils were eager to reunite Antony with his old boss Erik ten Hag.
However, Ajax have set a prohibitive price on his head, per The Athletic.
The outlet claims United are set to walk away, after they were informed of the £84 million price tag for the attacker.
Ajax have already lost several high profile players this summer, along with manager ten Hag.
United signed ten Hag, along with Argentina center-half Lisandro Martinez, from the Dutch club.
