Fulham and Arsenal reach stalemate over Leno deal

Fulham and Arsenal are not any closer to an agreement over Bernd Leno.

The no.2 goalkeeper at the Emirates Stadium club is wanted by the Cottagers.

However, journalist James Benge states that Arsenal turned down a bid of £7 million up front with £3 million in add ons.

The situation has not changed since that bid was turned down by the Gunners

Fulham are eager to sign Leno, but are not willing to pay over the odds to secure his signature.

For his part, the German wants to sign for the London club, as he wants regular first team football before the World Cup.
