Chelsea Women have signed Emma Thompson has joined the WSL champions on a two-year deal with the option to extend for a further year.
The 18-year-old, who will now go on loan to Championship side Lewes FC, joined Chelsea Women Academy in 2016 and has already made her senior debut, representing the first team on a number of occasions.
On signing for Chelsea, Thompson said: "It’s a dream come true to sign my first pro for Chelsea. I’m really excited to get started and I’m also looking forward to continuing my development with Lewes."
