Burnley boss Kompany allowing Pope to leave amid Newcastle interest

New Burnley boss Vincent Kompany is ready to let several first team players leave.

The Clarets are hoping to bounce back to the Premier League after relegation to the Championship last season.

Kompany wants to make many signings, but has been told he must sell to buy at present.

England keeper Nick Pope is one who could leave, per the Mirror

Others who are potentially on the market include full-backs Connor Roberts and Matt Lowton, along with midfielder Josh Brownhill.

Ben Mee, James Tarkowski, Erik Pieters, Aaron Lennon, Phil Bardsley and Dale Stephens are all leaving as well, as their contracts are expiring.
