Pep Guardiola has announced his desire to keepIlkay Gundogan at Manchester City for next season.
Reports have linked the German midfielder with a move away from the Etihad Stadium this summer - but Guardiola says City have not received any news that Gundogan could depart.
"If you ask me personally, the club, I want Ilkay here next season," the Spaniard told a press conference. "There is no idea or intention next season that Ilkay can't be here.
"If he wants to leave or wants a new experience, as a club we don't know it."
