Eden Hazard has returned to Real Madrid training this week.
Marca reports Hazard has returned to training, joining other Real Madrid players as they underwent the first group session following the 1-0 loss in the derby to Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
The Belgian had ankle surgery on March 29 to remove the plate that he had been wearing since December 2019.
Hazard is eager to be with his teammates throughout the closing stretch of the LaLiga Santander season. It's definitely good news for a locker room that holds him in high regard.
Hazard is already working with the group, but he is unlikely to play a significant role in the final few games of the season, as he needs to get in shape and be ready to play next season.
