Chelsea’s top four place confirmed ahead of Tottenham vs Arsenal

Chelsea confirmed their Premier League top four spot with a 3-0 win at Leeds United on Wednesday night.

The hosts began the game in the bottom three, following their 2-1 defeat at Arsenal last weekend.

As it was against the Gunners on Sunday, Leeds conceded a goal and went down to 10 men in the first 30 minutes.

At Elland Road, it was Mason Mount who found the net, after just four minutes.

Daniel James then saw red in the 24th minute for a bad tackle on Mateo Kovacic, who was soon forced off the field just three days before the FA Cup final.

Christian Pulisic and Romelu Lukaku added more goals in the second half.

Thomas Tuchel’s men now have 70 points with two matches left, four more than fourth-placed Arsenal and eight more than Tottenham in fifth.

Arsenal and Spurs face off on Thursday night.
