Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says Ferran Torres is being allowed to leave for Barcelona.
Leroy Sane chose to leave City for Bayern Munich in 2020 and now Torres is set to make a return to his homeland, with City having agreed a deal to sell the 21-year-old forward to Barcelona after he told manager Guardiola he wanted to leave in order to secure more regular first-team football.
"I want happiness in my players," said Guardiola. "If you are not happy, you have to leave.
"We are not a club where presidents and chief executive say 'no, you have to stay'. The players and clubs have to agree, this is business.
"But if the player wants to leave, they go."
