Pochettino ready to become Man United manager immediately

Paris Saint-Germain boss, Mauricio Pochettino is ready to dump the French side and take up the vacant position at Old Trafford on a permanent ground immediately.

Daily Mail reports that Pochettino wants to save Manchester United from appointing an interim boss.

United are now in the market in search of any available top manager in Europe after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked on Sunday following the heavy loss to Watford on Saturday.

Assistant manager, Michael Carrick is now in charge on a care-taker capacity and will lead the team to Spain for Tuesday’s Champions League game at Villarreal.

Man United want to hire a high quality replacement for Solskjaer, who left the side seventh in the Premier League table and their most favoured option, Pochettino, is said to be ready to make things easier for them.

The Daily Mail reports that the former Tottenham boss is unhappy at PSG and is ready to leave the club now should United approach him to become their manager.

Pochettino’s PSG contract expires in 2023, but he is reportedly unhappy in the French capital club with his family still living in England from his time with Spurs.

The report also states he is not enjoying managing the dressing room at PSG which includes the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
