Man United board members split on sacking Solskjaer

The Manchester United boardroom is now divided over the issue of sacking manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, according to ace journalist, Romano Fabrizio.

The embarrassing losses at Old Trafford to Manchester City and Liverpool have been left to fester over the international break.

Solskjaer although seems to have a majority backing, despite others in powerful positions demanding change.

Solskjaer is currently under intense pressure with the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane and Eric ten Hag being mentioned to take over his job at Man United.

Many pundits, ex-players and supporters of the club are calling for his sacking and some board members also want him replaced.

Fabrizio Romano told the United Stand YouTube channel: “The Manchester United board are not stupid, they know that the situation is really complicated.

“The next game against Watford is so important.

“The main part of the Man Utd board are still supporting Ole, there are also some board members thinking about replacing him and going for another manager.

“They are always talking about this point, they do not think everything is okay.”
