Tim Krul proved he's the penalty king last night by having every Tottenham Hotspur player's penalty routine written on his water bottle.
Krul saved two penalties as Norwich City beat Spurs in a shootout in the FA Cup fifth round on Wednesday night.
Footage has emerged showing how elite the Dutch goalkeeper's preparation is.
He took a drink from his water before every Spurs player stepped up and commentators assumed it was to put his opponents off.
Fans on Twitter have reacted to Krul's unique idea and praised him for the shootout performance.
The 31-year-old save penalties from Troy Parrott and Gedson Fernandes to help the Canaries to their first FA Cup quarter-final in 28 years after a 1-1 draw.
Spurs had taken the lead in the first half through Jan Vertonghen but never looked convincing.
Norwich equalised via Josip Drmic 12 minutes from time to give the Premier League's bottom side hope.
Despite Kenny McLean missing the first penalty, Norwich overcame Spurs 3-2 in the shootout.
They will welcome the winner of tonight's tie between Derby County and Manchester United tie in the next round.
