Arsenal have announced that goalkeeper Karl Hein will complete a permanent transfer to Bundesliga side Werder Bremen in July.
The club confirmed the move in a statement released ahead of their final Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Hein joined Arsenal FC in June 2018 from his hometown club Nõmme United and signed his first professional contract the following year.
The 24-year-old Estonian international spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Werder Bremen, where he made two Bundesliga appearances and gained valuable top-flight experience in Germany.
In its farewell message, Arsenal said: “We thank Karl for his contribution during his time at the club and wish him all the best for the next chapter of his career with Werder Bremen.”
