Punjab Kings pulled off a stunning win by chasing down a huge target of 265 to beat Delhi Capitals in the IPL, setting a new record for the highest successful run chase in T20 cricket.
Despite KL Rahul scoring 152 for Delhi, Punjab started aggressively, with Prabhsimran Singh and Priyansh Aryagiving them a strong start. Captain Shreyas Iyer then guided the team home with an unbeaten 71.
Punjab reached the target with ease, going top of the table, while Delhi fell short despite their big total.
