Brighton & Hove Albion should have been given a penalty in their 1-0 loss to Arsenal, according to the Premier Leaguereview panel.
The incident happened when Mats Wieffer was pulled down in the box by Gabriel Martinelli, but the referee and VAR did not give a penalty.
The panel later agreed it was a mistake, saying Brighton were wrongly denied a spot-kick.
This is the second time this season Arsenal have avoided a penalty decision in a match they went on to win by one goal.
