Sam Szmodics scored the only goal as Derby County beat Portsmouth to boost their Championship play-off hopes.
Szmodics, on loan from Ipswich Town, scored early in the first half with a calm finish.
Derby came close to scoring more, hitting the post and crossbar, while goalkeeper Richard O'Donnell made an important save to keep the lead.
The win ends Derby’s poor away run and moves them closer to the play-off spots, while Portsmouth remain just above the relegation zone after another home defeat.
