Nico de Boinville has strongly denied using racial slurs towards Declan Queally during a race at the Cheltenham Festival.
Queally accused De Boinville of repeated racist abuse before the Novices’ Hurdle race, but De Boinville said the claims are not true and that an investigation is ongoing.
Officials are reviewing video footage and speaking to jockeys to determine what happened, with the inquiry expected to continue after the festival.
