Former France forward Antoine Griezmann is leaving Atlético Madrid to join MLS side Orlando City this summer. The 35-year-old, Atlético’s all-time top scorer, has scored nearly 300 club goals in his career, including stints at Real Sociedad and Barcelona.
Griezmann retired from international football in 2024 with 44 goals in 137 appearances and was part of France’s 2018 World Cup-winning team. He says he’s excited to start a new chapter in Orlando, Florida, where he could play until 2029.
