Snoop Dogg stole the spotlight at the Cortina Curling Stadium on Friday, but Team GB’s duo, Jen Dodds and Bruce Mouat, delivered strong performances in the Winter Olympics mixed doubles, keeping their perfect record.
The rap legend, visiting as a Team USA hype man and “honorary coach,” even took to the ice and asked for a selfie with the British pair after they beat Sweden 7-4. They followed that up with an 8-2 win over South Korea, giving them five wins from five matches and putting them near the top of the standings and close to the semi-finals.
Team GB need just one more win from their remaining round-robin games to likely reach Monday’s last four. They face Canada and an unbeaten USA on Saturday.
