Liverpool forward Mia Enderby was stretchered off after scoring the opener in their FA Cup fifth-round win over Everton at the BrewDog Stadium. Beata Olsson added a second before halftime, while an own goal from Jennifer Falkgave the Toffees hope in the second half.
Enderby, who scored her fourth goal in six matches, collided with Everton goalkeeper Courtney Brosnan while heading in Ceri Holland’s cross. She later appeared on the bench with crutches, with manager Gareth Taylor saying her kneecap “felt like it popped out of place.”
Liverpool controlled most of the match, with Holland providing both goals and several chances, while Everton struggled despite late pressure.
