Barney Stewart scored a hat-trick as Falkirk cruised to a dominant win over Hibs in the Scottish Premiership.
Falkirk were in control for most of the match, showing their quality as they continued their impressive return to the top flight and moved to within two points of Hibernian.
Calvin Miller played a key role, setting up Stewart for the opening two goals before Stewart completed his hat-trickwith a well-worked team move.
Hibs briefly threatened a comeback when Rocky Bushiri scored from a corner, but Falkirk quickly regained control. An own goal from Grant Hanley added to Hibs’ problems and sealed a convincing win.
The result underlined Falkirk’s strong form, while Hibs struggled to respond after a difficult week.
