Inter went ahead early through Federico Dimarco, but McTominay equalised for Napoli in the first half. Inter regained the lead via Hakan Calhanoglu’s penalty, which also saw Napoli manager Antonio Conte sent off for protesting.
Napoli fought back, and McTominay scored a superb second goal late on to earn a 2-2 draw.
The result keeps Inter three points clear of AC Milan at the top, while Napoli move up to third, level with Roma.
