Nnadozie celebrates third consecutive Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year honour

Chiamaka Nnadozie can’t hide her excitement after claiming the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year prize at the 2025 CAF Awards, DAILY POST reports.

Nnadozie was crowned winner of the award in Rabat, Morocco on Wednesday night.

It was the third consecutive time the Brighton & Hove Albion shot stopper will be going home with the honour.

She won the the inaugural edition in 2023, and also retained it last year.

The 24-year-old beat Morocco’s Khadija Er-Rmichi and South Africa’s Andile Dlamini to the individual accolade.

“Winning this award for the third time is huge for my career. I thank all the academies that I have played for,” the former Paris FC shot stopper said after she was presented with the award.
