Niger Tornadoes midfielder Ani Chigozie has declared that he is focused on helping the club secure a positive result in their matchday 14 encounter against Rangers.
The Ikon Allah Boys will face the former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, on Sunday.
Chigozie, who began his playing career in Enugu, expressed excitement at returning to his hometown.
“I feel so happy touching down in my hometown and playing against Rangers. It’s a great feeling always playing against one of the most successful clubs in Nigeria,” Chigozie stated ahead of the game.
“Nothing changed, We’ll just go in the field and do what we know how to do best.”
