Kun Khalifat FC have disbanded the entire management and coaching staff of the club after a poor start to the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
The Owerri-based club made the announcement in a statement after a 1-1 draw against Nasarawa United at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri on Sunday.
Kun Khalifat FC said that decision was reached after a through review of the club’s structure, performance and long term strategic direction of the club.
They acknowledged the outgoing management dedication and service to the club.
They have recorded three wins, four draws and six defeats in 13 NPFL matches this season.
Kun Khalifat occupy 16th position on the NPFL table with 13 points.
