Chelsea have confirmed Mathis Amougou has joined Strasbourg on a permanent deal.
The 19-year-old midfielder signed for the Blues from Saint-Etienne in a deal worth £12m back in January.
The Ligue 1 side are owned by the consortium, BlueCo, which also owns Chelsea.
Amougou made two appearances for Chelsea, with one outing in both the Premier League and Europa Conference League.
