It has been confirmed that Chepstow Christmas Party race day and the Boylesports Becher Chase fixture at Aintree have both been cancelled on Saturday due to the storm.
Aintree said that the winds are already causing damage to the "track infrastructure" while Chepstow has abandoned the racing due to the high winds and forecast for the remainder of the day!
