Japan Under-20 international forward Ayumu Yokoyama has signed for Birmingham to bring their total of summer arrivals to 10.
The 21-year-old has joined the Blues from Japanese club Sagan Tosu, agreeing a three-year contract at St Andrew’s.
He has scored five goals and claimed three assists across 24 matches in the current J1 League season.
Yokoyama made his professional breakthrough as a teenager with Matsumoto Yamaga and scored 11 goals in the 2022 season prior to joining Sagan.
