Director of Football Operations and Development Bath Leaves Chelsea

Chelsea’s director of football operations and development Neil Bath is leaving the club.

He was appointed Chelsea academy manager in 2004 and helped to establish one of the best youth development systems in world football.

In his time, players such as Reece James, Mason Mount and Conor Gallagher became first-team regulars and England internationals.

Head of youth development Jim Fraser has already left the club.
