Former Super Eagles midfielder, Mutiu Adepoju has congratulated Real Madrid for winning the UEFA Champions League title.
Los Blancos were crowned Champions of Europe for the 15th time after a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund on Saturday night.
Adepoju felicitated with the LaLiga outfit through a message on his X account.
“Number 15! Congratulations to @realmadriden on winning the Champions League title.#halamadrid #championsleague #CHAMP15NS,” he stated.
Two second half goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr separated both teams on the night.
Niclas Fullkrug had a goal ruled out for offside for Borussia Dortmund in the closing stages of the game.
