Tom Brady join Real's Celebration after epic Clasico win

NFL legend Tom Brady, who is now an investor at Birmingham, joined Real Madrid’s dressing room celebrations following their Clasico triumph.

The American football icon added to the Blues flavour at Santiago Bernabeu, which saw St Andrew’s academy graduate Jude Bellingham net a dramatic 91st-minute winner for Los Blancos. They prevailed 3-2 on the day, having trailed on a couple of occasions.

Brady had revealed ahead of the game that he was in Madrid to savour the experience of El Clasico. He was treated to a thrilling contest in the Spanish capital, with Vinicius Junior and Lucas Vazquez also on target for the home side.

Real were happy to let former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Brady join in with their celebrations afterwards, as he mingled with jubilant players behind the scenes. Carlo Ancelotti’s side are now nine points clear at the top of La Liga.

While having plenty to smile about during a trip to Spain, Brady’s focus must now shift back to events in England. He is chairman of the advisory board at Birmingham, and has seen the Blues slip into the Championship relegation zone with two games left to take in this season
