Pep Guardiola reveals one of the best players in Man City’s history

Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has revealed that playmaker Kevin de Bruyne is one of the best players in the history of the club.

Guardiola spoke after De Bruyne led Man City to beat Crystal Palace 4-2 in the Premier League at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

The Spaniard admitted that he listen to the Belgium international in the locker room, bus and training session.

Recall that a brace from De Bruyne and a goal each from Rico Lewis, Erling Haaland and gave Guardiola’s side all three points against the hosts.

“I listen to him on the bus, in the locker room, in the training session, (he) laughs, and we are safe. His body language dictates a lot how he is, and all the players, but especially Kevin,” Guardiola said at his post-match interview.

“How many years has he been with us, nine years, 10 years? The numbers, the presence, the consistency have been amazing. He’s one of the best players in the history of Manchester City.”
