Olivier Giroud has agreed to sign for LAFC this summer on a free transfer from AC Milan.
The former Arsenal and Chelsea striker, 37, is set to sign for the MLS club on a deal until the end of the 2025 season.
The France international had held talks with Milan about a contract extension earlier this year.
However, he will leave after three years in Serie A and at least 47 goals in all competitions, including 15 so far this season.
Giroud will team up with long-time France team-mate and fellow 2018 World Cup winner Hugo Lloris at LAFC.
