Jim Ratcliffe to make three new signings for Man Utd

Manchester United’s new minority owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is targeting three new summer signings for the Red Devils.

According to MailOnline, Ratcliffe is ready to approve a ‘significant transfer spend’ and will be looking to sign a new striker, central midfielder and centre-back in the summer transfer window.

Ratcliffe’s £1.3 billion partial takeover of Man United was officially completed this week.

The petrochemicals billionaire has already set about making significant changes to the club’s hierarchy.

He has already stressed that he is prioritising Man United’s performance levels on the pitch and is aiming for the team to ‘be playing best football in the world’.

Man United currently sit in the sixth position on the Premier League table behind the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool.
