Oxford have agreed a fee and personal terms with Cheltenham striker Will Goodwin.
Charlton matched the £400k bid but Goodwin will join Des Buckingham's side having passed a medical yesterday.
Goodwin joined Cheltenham from Stoke last January for £20,000. The signing is expected to be confirmed later today
