Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola says he must accept speculation over Lloyd Kelly’s future with the defender having entered the final six months of his Cherries contract.
Kelly has not played since the end of November because of a hamstring injury and will miss the QPR tie.
But the 25-year-old is now free to talk to clubs outside England with Juventus, AC Milan and Stuttgart rumoured to be interested in his signature, while there is also understood to be Premier League interest.
Iraola said: “For me, he’s been one of our best players, he’s been really good and is a key part of the team.
“It’s unlucky for us that he’s been injured a lot recently.
“He’s still not with the group, he’s doing well but he’s running on his own and he has things to do before he can join the group.
“I think it’s something that we have to accept (speculation).”
